Tiffany Package ($2,800.00)

(Full Coordination)

  • UNLIMITED face-to-face meetings with clients or vendors (as per client's request) including site visit and assistance in food selections during food tasting at the venue or with caterer
  • Budget development and implementation
  • Unlimited vendor and venue referrals for both ceremony and reception
  • Custom create a theme/motif, event design and decor concept
  • Negotiate pricing and vendor contracts on your behalf
  • Timeline & personal check lists
  • Complimentary etiquette consultation
  • Assist in the design of stationery and follow-ups on no-reply RSVPs, etc.
  • Assist with wedding dress and entourage attire selection
  • Manage wedding/dress rehearsals up to 2 hours prior to event
  • Unlimited consultation via phone and email

Day of Event:

 

  • Event management and coordination up to 10 hours
  • Provision 2 event specialists/assistants
  • Manage and oversee all booked vendors
  • Line-up and assist bridal party/entourage at the ceremony
  • Provide assistance (registration and seating allocations)
  • Oversee set and design of event areas (Ceremony & Reception)
  • Ensure proper placement of seating cards, event programs, favors, etc.
  • Manage and oversee reception program (i.e. band, speeches, dances, etc.)
  • Collect and supervise delivery of personal items (gifts, guest book, favors, etc.) to designated family member, room and/or vehicle
  • Distribute final balances and gratuities to vendors on your behalf

 

 
 

Jessica Package ($2,000.00)

(Partial Coordination)

  • 5 face-to-face meetings with clients including site visit and assistance in food selections during food tasting at the venue or with caterer
  • Unlimited vendor and venue referrals for both ceremony and reception
  • Coordination with other vendors booked by client including review of all contracts. (Copies of contracts should be available on the 1st meeting)
  • Develop timeline and production schedule for event day.
  • Distribute timeline and itinerary to all vendors week of the event.
  • Serve as main point of contact with vendors the week and day of the event
  • Manage wedding/dress rehearsals up to 2 hours prior to event
  • Unlimited consultation via phone and email
  • Assist with theme selections, design and decor concepts
  • Create event design concept and event floor plan
  • Furnish personal checklist for the client
  • Assist with hotel accommodations and guests' transportation

 

Day of Event:

 

  • Event management and coordination up to 8 hours
  • Provision 1 event specialists/assistants

Note: This package is for clients that have planned their own celebration but would like additional assistance with event design and decor concepts, timelines and vendor selections (services must be engaged 2-3 months prior to event day).

All rates apply to Los Angeles clients (within 20 miles only), maximum of 150 guests. Prices are subject to change depending on location and/or number of guests.

 
 
 

Victoria Package ($1,500.00)

(On-the-Day Coordination)

Audio-Visual Presentation/ Photo Montage ($750.00)

(3 to 5-minute documentary or love story video played during reception)

  • Includes 3-5 hour video shoot (indoor or outdoor) by appointment only.
  • Client may provide additional photos and videos (e.g. baby or travel pictures, etc.)
  • Full digital edit with titles, music and effects
  • 2 DVD copies included; $20 charge for additional copies.

Photography ($1500.00)

 
  • Service up to 8 hours ($150/hour charge in excess)

  • 1 CD-ROM of 400-600 enhanced images
  • Albums and prints are available at extra cost
 

DJ, Lights & Sound System ($1200.00)

 
  • DJ service up to 8 hours ($100/hour charge in excess)
  • Complete Sound System & 2 Microphones
  • Laser/ Lights/ Mobile Disco set-up
  • LCD Projector & White Screen (for $300 additional)

 

Professional Event Host/ Emcee ($350.00)

 
  • Service up to 4 hours ($50/hour charge in excess)
  • Assist in song selections
  • Conceptualize "Grand Entrance" of celebrant
  • Includes customized program

 

Dance Choreography ($1000.00)

(Cotillion de Honor, Wedding Dance, Entertainment, etc.)

  • Includes 2 set of dance performances
  • 8 practice sessions (2 hours per session; maximum of 8 pairs)
  • Assist in Grand Entrance concept, costume and props selections
  • Client provides rehearsal venue
  • $100 fee per session/ pairs in excess of package limit.
